The pickup is at the hotel entrance on the boulevard, under the linden trees. Bulevardi carries tram tracks along its whole length and the Punavuori grid behind it runs one-way, so the detail that matters is knowing exactly where a car may stand outside number 28 — the difference between a set-down at the door and a lap around the block. Reception is staffed around the clock and will hold your luggage after check-out, so a flight late in the day does not have to mean an afternoon spent guarding suitcases in the lobby.
The airport is about 20 km north, roughly 30 minutes in normal traffic, up through the centre and out on the Tuusulanväylä motorway. With the two hours the airport asks for before an international departure, a flight at 08:00 means leaving Bulevardi around 05:30 and a midday flight around 09:30. Mornings are the easy direction: the commuter flow is inbound toward the centre while you are heading out of it. The slower window is the late afternoon, roughly 15:00 to 17:00, when the northbound exits carry the evening rush — that is built into the pickup time rather than shaved off it.
If the flight is late in the day, this is a good neighbourhood in which to spend the gap on foot. Hietalahti market hall and the flea-market square are five minutes down the boulevard, the Sinebrychoff Art Museum and Koff Park sit at its foot, and the design shops of Punavuori begin in the streets immediately behind the hotel. Leave the bags at reception, walk it, and be back for the car. Guests combining Helsinki with Tallinn often chain the whole thing in one booking: the ferry in to the West Terminal a few minutes away, a night on Bulevardi, and the car to Terminal 2 the next morning.
The drive from Lapland Hotels Bulevardi to Helsinki Airport is about 20 km and takes around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Add the two hours the airport asks for international departures and the whole morning plans itself: about 2 h 30 min from your door to your gate. We watch the morning traffic and the weather, and if your flight moves, the pickup moves with it.
Your driver arrives at the address you give — hotel entrance, office, private house or the port — helps with the luggage and drives straight to the departures level of Terminal 2. The fare was agreed when you booked, and it does not change if the traffic does.
One price for the car, not per person. All taxes included, agreed when you book — nothing added afterwards.
The local operator, start to finish. We assign the car ourselves, the driver is one of ours, and the fixed price you see is our own price. If anything changes on the morning of the flight, one WhatsApp message reaches the person who assigns the cars.
Room for the luggage. Three passengers and three suitcases travel in the Business Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar); larger groups take the Business Van (Mercedes-Benz Vito, up to eight) or the Business Minibus (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, up to fifteen), and for 16 and more we arrange a coach on request — so nobody travels separately from their bags.
