This Privacy Policy explains how Helsinki Airport Taxi handles personal data when you visit our website, book a transfer or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection laws in force in Finland.

When you book or contact us, we collect the details needed to provide the service: your name, phone number, e-mail address, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight or ship details, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
When you visit the website, standard technical data is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, including through cookies.
We use your data to confirm and carry out your booking, to contact you about your trip, to take payment, to keep the records required by law, to answer your messages, to protect the website against misuse and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service; where consent is required, we ask for it.
Your trip details are shared only with the driver and, where needed, the transport partner who performs your ride. We also use trusted service providers to run the website, bookings, e-mail, payments and website analytics; they process data only on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by EU law. We do not sell your personal data.
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and is then deleted or anonymised.
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Within the limits of the law, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format.
