You can choose the payment method that suits you best:
Pay now by card — your card is charged securely at the time of booking via Stripe. This instantly confirms and guarantees your transfer.
Reserve now, pay later — we confirm your booking and then send a secure payment link to be paid no later than 24 hours before pickup; companies can pay by invoice by agreement, before the date of the trip.
We never see or store your full card details — all card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. If you paid by card, the payment is refunded; we may deduct the fees charged by the payment provider. If we cancel or cannot provide the service, the full amount is refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
For certain types of booking — larger vehicles, minibuses and coaches, group programmes, a vehicle placed at your disposal, and long-distance or otherwise specially arranged journeys — a longer notice period applies to cancellations and changes. The applicable period is stated in our quote or in your booking confirmation and takes precedence over the general rule above.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
